Hotel Nana Pokhara Review- One Of The Best Budget Hotels In Town

In this this Hotel Nana Pokhara review, we’ll take a look at an interesting, cute, and affordable hotel in Pokhara, a town known for being the gateway to the majestic Annapurna Circuit. Situated 2 km from Fewa Lake, Hotel Nana is one of the best budget hotels in Pokhara. The hotel is located in a peaceful area away from the busy streets of Pokhara and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the Annapurna Mountain range. If you’re looking for a cozy accommodation where you can relax after a long day of exploring the magnificent city of Pokhara on a budget price, Hotel Nana would be a great choice.

The Location

Hotel Nana Pokhara review

Hotel Nana is located in a peaceful neighborhood but still only a couple of minutes away from the main road where you can find a lot of banks, convenience stores, tourist agencies etc. The touristy Lakeside area is only a kilometer away and can be reached in 10 minutes walking. The famous Mahendra Falls and the majestic Devi Falls are around 9 kilometers away. The famous paragliding spot, Sarangkot is also around 10 kilometers away. If you hire a driver, you can cover all of the above-mentioned locations in a day for around 2,000 rupees ($20) and the hotel staff can help you arrange that.

Style & character

Hotel Nana Pokhara review

The hotel is modern and has an impeccable hygiene. At the higher floors and at the roof, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Annapurna mountain range which gives this hotel a charming, mountain vibe. Hotel Nana’s rooms are well-furnished with modern amenities, including extremely comfortable beddings, a stable Wi-Fi connection, LCD TVs, and a 24-hour electric backup. The hotel also has a massage room and a Jacuzzi room and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Rooms

Hotel Nana Pokhara review

Hotel Nana has four types of rooms: single, double/twin, triple, and Studio Apartment. All the rooms are comfortable and have all the basic amenities to provide a comfortable stay.

The single room is a great option for solo travelers looking for a private and comfortable accommodation on a budget.

The double/twin room is great for traveling couples or a family of three. These rooms have their own private balcony.

The triple room is almost the same as the double room but better furnished and with more space.

Finally, the studio apartment is one comfortable living room, equipped with all amenities an apartment should have, including sofas and a private kitchen.

Hotel Nana Pokhara Review Of Service & Facilities

Hotel Nana Pokhara

The service at Hotel Nana was amazing. Even though we stayed there for a short period of time, the staff made us feel at home and helped us plan our activities in Pokhara without charging any commission.

As for the facilities, the hotel has a really good chef, continental food, Jacuzzi room, and a massage room. The hotel can help you rent a bike or hire a car and there’s even a rooftop terrace that serves light snacks and refreshments. The hotel also has a laundry service and an ok Wi-Fi connection, something I really struggled with during my Nepal trip.
