Australia has variety of climate because of its enormous size and the climate is highly influenced by ocean currents. The northern section of Australia has a more tropical influenced climate,hot and humid in the summer, and quite warm and dry in the winter, while the southern parts are cooler with mild summers and cool, sometimes rainy winters.

6. Economy & Budget

Australia is a high income country with a mixed economy. Backpackers can survive with around $70 per day, while mid-range travelers spend between $100 and $150 per day on average.
